Dr.Dropin Psychology is looking for dedicated and passionate Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join our team on a flexible, self-employed basis. As a rapidly growing company, we are expanding our services in the UK - and you may be just the candidate we are looking for!

Who are we?

Dr.Dropin is a private healthcare provider originally established in Norway. With over 30 clinics across Norway, Sweden and the UK and more than two million patient visits, we are recognised for our modern clinics, excellent digital tools, and efficient, high-quality care.

Dr.Dropin Psychology was established in 2021. In just a few years, we have built one of Norway’s largest psychology services, with a professional community of over 100 psychologists and psychiatrists.

We opened our first Dr.Dropin clinic in Fulham in 2024 and are now looking to replicate this success by bringing accessible psychological services to the UK. At Dr.Dropin we prioritise same-day appointments, transparent pricing, and highly experienced clinicians. As a psychologist working with us, you will be part of a larger multidisciplinary clinic alongside experienced GPs and other medical specialists. This provides a unique opportunity to further develop both your therapeutic and collaborative skills, while helping shape the future of psychological services in the UK.

Personal qualities and qualifications:

• HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
• Experience delivering a range of evidence-based therapies in line with NICE guidelines
• Experience working with a broad range of presenting problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionally engaged, flexible, and collaborative approach
• High work capacity, well-organised, and able to work independently
• Minimum of two years’ post-qualification clinical practice
• Eligible for registration with insurance companies for the provision of psychological therapy
