This year, we brought our patient-first philosophy to London, offering GP, dermatology, and physiotherapy services in our new clinic in Fulham. Role Overview

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their experience at Dr. Dropin is seamless and professional. This is a varied role that combines patient interaction with administrative duties, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Interaction:
  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Manage patient check-ins and provide information about our services.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle patient registrations and update medical records in our system.
  • Manage appointment bookings and cancellations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with clinic organisation, including maintaining the reception area and ordering supplies.
• Communication:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
  • Liaise with clinicians and other staff to coordinate patient care.
  • Communicate any changes or updates to patients in a clear and professional manner.
• Additional Duties:
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Desirable:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information.
