About the position

The Medical Director is a key member of the Dr.Dropin Schweiz Leadership team, driving innovation and providing clinical direction in the field of primary care services. Core responsibilities include:

Clinical

• Provide clinical oversight and expertise to ensure the delivery of high quality healthcare service
• Provide leadership to healthcare staff including recruitment, training and supporting the professional development of our healthcare team
• Oversee the quality processes and manage all relevant regulatory agencies and partnerships

Strategic

• Working as part of the Swiss leadership team, defining the strategic direction of Dr. Dropin Schweiz
• Drive innovation in the field of primary care services

We offer a wide range of services through our digital platform and in our clinics - including GP, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Mental health, Physical therapy and Occupational healthcare. We believe that the future of healthcare is digi-physical and combine digital healthcare services with our brick and mortar clinical services.

Dr.Dropin is expanding to the UK. The expansion is backed by strong international investors (SHS and Yabeo among others). Launching in 2023 - the goal is to establish a leading healthcare provider with practices across Switzerland and a wide portfolio of digital healthcare services.
